William H. Bonney, better known as Billy the Kid, participated in the Lincoln County War and became a frontier outlaw in the American Old West.
This very unique, handmade art diorama is made from a solid wood box that is 8" square and 5" in depth. Bill the Kid sits a saloon table with gold dust, playing cards, pistol, wine bottle and glass. In the back ground sits a saloon counter on top of wooden barrels with bottles of drink, a mirror hangs on the wall,a Billy the Kid wanted poster, and a sweeping broom rests against the wall. Additional details are saloon girl portraits in frames on the wall, a gun rack with rifle, and of course, Billy himself sits placidly in his chair with his leather loot bag resting in his lap.
I hand designed this unique miniature out of wood, wire, clay, and paint- Billy is an approximate 4 1/2 inches tall, (11.4 cm) A must have for the fan of the wild west!
